Extinguishing systems for AFFS-CNC machine tools.
We offer extinguishing systems based on different extinguishing media such as NOVEC 1230 (FK-5-1-12), extinguishing powder, carbon dioxide (CO2), The choice of a particular extinguishing media depends on the fire hazard (what needs to be extinguished, e.g. oil, titanium, etc.) and its applicability in terms of achieving extinguishing efficiency. Many times the use of two extinguishing media increases the extinguishing effectiveness.
Extinguishing systems do not require an external electrical supply and are based on a pressure control line. If control is required to shut down the machine tool, oil filters, ventilation, etc., this can be done from pressure sensors or an external AFFS-CNC/GSM control module, which can have a built-in emergency and fault notification module via GSM.
