Fire detector brackets

SPECIALIST FIRE DETECTOR BRACKETS FOR:
 TRAPEZOIDAL SHEETS, HIGH SPACES AND UNDER FLOORS

Modern construction uses building materials that many times require special solutions for the installation of fire detectors. Such materials can include trapezoidal sheets of various shapes. Manufacturers do not recommend perforation of the sheets in the lower part, because of the tightness of the ceiling. Trapezoidal sheets may, however, be perforated in the vertical part.

The design team of aFLAME Sp. z o.o. has created a specialised holder for fire detectors - dedicated to trapezoidal metal sheets - model UCP-3-TR, enabling fire detectors to be fitted to the vertical parts of the trapezoid. The bracket is adjustable in the spacing of the mounting part, thus ensuring that it matches the trapezoid module in question. The UCP-3-TR also allows the angle of the bracket to be adjusted to the angle of the trapezoid, directly on site.

The UCP-3-TR bracket is compatible with the UCP-2-S ceiling bracket, which is used for taller rooms, i.e. above 6m. It allows fire detectors to be offset in the range of 30-55 cm, in accordance with SITP Guidelines edition WP-02.2021 point 4.5.1.

The above guideline also defines in point 4.5.8 the requirements for fire detectors for spaces under the technical floor with a height of more than 15 cm, where there is a requirement for swivel brackets that allow the detector to be removed for maintenance. This requirement is met by the UCP-1 fire detector bracket.

All of the above-mentioned fire detector brackets comply with the provisions of the applicable legislation. They are labelled with the B construction mark. The holders are compatible with detectors from various manufacturers. They are durable and easy to install. All fire detector bracket models meet the needs of a demanding market.

All holders can be made to order from acid-resistant steel or painted in any RAL colour.

The UCP-1 bracket guarantees a quick and simple installation of the fire detector by mounting it to the tube of the technical floor. The mount has a 135' swivelling arm, which allows easy access to the detector's socket connectors.

The bracket comes complete with a set of screws and a floor plate decal.
